2 options – standard resolution digital proofs, high resolution digital negatives, and at the bare minimum you will have a website with all your pictures where you can download them and have them on your computer and share them with friends and family that weren’t there and on facebook. But those proofs were designed to be proofs, there designed to be proofs designed to be shared out to people and meant for online use only. It doesn’t stop there. Two months after your wedding no one is going to come over and want to go on facebook and look through your wedding pictures. That will never happen. The only pictures that you will see are the ones in your wedding album. And you will have an album. Everyone gets an album from your wedding day. That album is going to sit on your coffee table and exist in your home. Your friends are going to come over and get nosey, look through your album and start sharing stories. Hearing their side of the moment and sharing your side. Everyone will see a moment that they didn’t know happened. I do this to give you I do this to give you real memories!
High res digital is everything printable. Everything is high res. Go make coasters with your face on it BUT on top of everything you have an album that you'll pass to your children.

Payment

$1,000 non refundable retainer reserves the day so it’s locked in for you! This payment right here is for a retainer. I’m going to be turning people away if they come to me with that date. There’s usually a small window of when couples are booking dates, so if the wedding gets cancelled it’s going to be hard for me book that date again. To cover any losses the retainer is non refundable because as a small business I’m going to be turning away people for that date and I can only shoot so many weddings a year. 

House rules

This is important. I want you to ask the question. What is the restrictions during your ceremony. Maybe it’s not the restriction imposed on your by the venue but what are the restrictions you would like? Would you like me to be reserved or would you like me to just get the shot? I’m not going to be the one to go behind you during you vows to get the wide shot of you and all your guests if you don’t ask me to. So yall can talk about that and let me know. And also discuss it in terms of your guests. Do you want them to have phones and iPads out? That’s all on you. I’m not going to get mad or make some ugly article about it or anything.

I’m going to be so excited and proud about these pictures that I will want to post and share, make a blog post and hopefully see it featured. 

editing

I will edit every single picture that you will receive. You’ll never receive an unedited picture from me. I’ll go through and sort every single picture. I like to keep my couples looking natural like people, so I do minimal editing like cropping, color adjustments and things like that. When you print an image for your wall or album I’ll go in and remove blemishes and little things like that. Anything above that (like removing things in the background) can be discussed and edited for 100/hour as this is requires skill and is much more time consuming.

Workflow

This is what happens after the wedding. When do you see your pictures. So I will photograph the wedding, that week, I’ll send you one sneak peek picture. Then I’ll begin the hard work of sorting through them all, editing, and most importantly I’ll start designing your custom album around your story. It will be a 6 to 12 week process. You’ll come back here and we’ll have a premier to show you your images and most importantly go through and finalize your album together.
